Along with traditional 1 to 1 tutoring we offer workshops in the arts, technology, wellness, academic advancement and more! The Learning Room has the resources to work with students at every level. Whether your child is just starting school, or in college, whether you are an adult who wants to learn a language, or 65+ and you want to learn to paint T.L.R. has the means to help them advance. The Learning Room offers homeschooling. We work with students who are currently enrolled in remote learning, blended school schedules or homeschooled by the D.O.E.

Prep for preschool is an academic program which is designed to prepare toddlers for their first school experience. The curriculum taught is designed to meet the N.Y.S. Common Core Standards and to prepare your toddler for their school years to come. Students will develop reading, writing, and math skills. Toddlers will learn through hands on engagement, creative practices and social interactions with peers. The program allows children to grow and transition gradually.
Foreign Language
Our foreign language programs are designed to teach students about the language and culture of their choice.

Art Therapy is a form of therapy involving the encouragement of free self-expression through art. Art Therapy is also used as an aid to diagnosis. Our onsite Art Therapist works with each client through painting, drawing, modeling and other artistic practices.
Personal Training $75 p.h.
Boxing-Pilates-Yoga, etc. We have offer an array of different workouts in our newly renovated gym space. Work with one of our certified personal trainers, classes must be signed up for ahead of time and prices may will vary.
Swimming Lessons

In-home Education Manager $125 per hour
The way children are learning has changed. Technology is being used more than ever. An education manager (not a teacher) comes into your home and works with your children in-house. They manage day to day zooming, assist with assignments, download/upload completed assignments, tech/academic support ,studying for exams, etc. They can also provide enrichment work/games in reading, writing and math. This role is designed to give support to the working families.
Life Skill Program $125 per class
This program is a community program designed to help all children and young adults build and sharpen their skills. We are offering all participants a chance to learn and improve their life skills which will set them up for success in their later years. Our program is designed to enrich vocational skill set, recreational workshops, and social engagement.
